“CRAZY ANIMALS”
1. The organizer of the photo competition is a Social Language Primary School in Lębork. The Honour Patron of the competition is the Mayor of Lębork. 2. Aim. The aim of the competition is to share your impression of your surroundings and how you perceive it in an original, sensitive and creative manner. 3. Entry period.
The submission deadline for the photo competition is May 31, 2019.
The results of the competition will be announced on June 12, 2019.
4. Participants The competition is open to amateur primary school photographers aged 6 - 15 years. Members of organizer’s families cannot participate in the competition. The Competition is open to any person who sends their photographs by email (the date of the e-mail will be the official date the entry was received), together with a completed scanned entry form (attached as Annex 1 to these Regulations) before the closing date. 5. Photos Each entrant may submit up to 5 photos (JPEG only). Minimum photo resolution: 1200x1800 pixels (proportions 2 x 3 ) and minimum 200 dpi Accompanying the e-mail with photographs the following must also be included: name and age of the photographer and the project title.
Photos can be either black and white or coloured. Photos cannot have any signs or numbers on them. Such photos will be disqualified.
The competition is only open to original photos taken by the participant. The entry may not have won or taken part in any other photographic competition. Photographs for the competition have to be submitted by e-mail only, to the following address; konkurs.sjsp@wp.pl . The title of the mail should include the author's name and the title of the "Competition” (which means competition) 6. Procedures Organizer: Receives and categorises all the entries; sends them to the members of Jury; organizes voting procedures. The decision of the jury is final. Results of the competition will be announced on the school website .lebork.pl and Facebook. 7. Competition entries Competition entries must be sent to the following address The title of the e-mail should include a word “Competition” and a nickname (f.ex. competition_monkey). In the content of the e-mail provide the following data: name and surname of the participant, author`s nickname, age, address and school details. The file name must include: age category, authors`s nickname, photo number, f.ex. for category aged 6 - 11 the file name could be A_nickname_1 8. Categories: There are the following categories: -          Age 6 -11 – category A -          Age 12 – 15 – category B Winners will get prizes and diplomas.  The best photos will be published on the school website. 9. Copyrights Upon submitting an entry for the Competition the participant declares that:
a) He/she has full copyright to the photos entered.
b) Submitted photographs do not infringe on the rights of third parties and other parties’ copyrights.
c) Grants the competition organizer indefinite, royalty-free permission to use the photos submitted for publication without time constraints, subject to the name of the author of the publication and his/her photographs.
Participation in the competition grants consent to the processing of personal data by the organizer for the competition and for marketing purposes as per (Act on Personal Data Protection dated. 29.08.1997 . OJ Nr. 133, item . 833 , as amended.).In the event of third-party claims arising from any infringement of copyright by the entrant, the entrant  will be required to cover any damages and claims.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude any entries from participating in the competition if they are perceived as been contrary to the law and morality, or other reasons that make them unsuitable for public display and distribution.
The competition is not a game of chance as specified in the law on gaming and wagering.
